About the Role 

Essity Professional Hygiene North America Inc. is looking for an experience Commercial Analyst & Sales Coordinator to Provide timely and effective administrative support to the commercial organization including Commercial Excellence, Customer Marketing, and National Account, Regional and Channel Sales. Conduct timely analysis and assist in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. Identify and visualize weak points and potential to improve efficiency to sales management. 

 

What Will You Do 

The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to: 

1. Account Management Support 


  • Prioritize distribution customer accounts and coordinate with stakeholders for timely, accurate information. 

  • Assist key account managers with business decisions on pricing, orders, contracts, and sales performance. 

  • Provide requested information to key account managers for distributors or end customers. 

  • Support key account managers with analyses to prioritize sales activities. 

  • Maintain account data portals for key accounts. 

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to identify necessary resources. 

2. Analysis, Proposal and Process Improvement 


  • Perform complex calculations for accurate statistics. 

  • Create, maintain, and evaluate CRM reports. 

  • Provide insights on sales content usage, opportunity metrics, product sales, and performance. 

  • Research customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends. 

  • Prepare and analyze information for leads and opportunities. 

  • Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce errors. 

  • Analyze product attributes and competitive alternatives for effective proposals. 

 

Who You Are 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years). 


  • Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and oral communication to effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders. 


  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and business presentations. 


  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and communicating solutions. 


  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results. 


  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
