Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Hybrid/Remote Virginia

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team in the Business Services industry. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients' businesses, and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Substantial understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as Angular or React.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Skills:
