Location: Haverhill, Massachusetts





Job Description:

Our client, an industrial company, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join their team!


Hours: 8am-5pm


Shift: Monday-Friday


Starting Pay rate: $21/hr



Job duties include but do not limited to:






  • Shipping & Receiving: Prepare, package, and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.


  • Order Accuracy: Verify order details, labels, and barcodes.


  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to improve processes and ensure safety.


  • Productivity & Efficiency: Streamline operations for speed and accuracy.


  • Paperwork: Manage shipping and inventory paperwork.


  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, and accounting to resolve issues.


  • Problem Solving & Logistics: Address shipping challenges and coordinate package deliveries.


  • Inventory Management: Track incoming goods and maintain accurate records.


  • Returns & Quality Control: Handle product returns and inspect all shipments for quality.


Requirements:



  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.

  • Basic computer and shipping software knowledge (UPS/FedEx online) required

  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift items.
