Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Part-Time Sales Associate (Remote) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a fully remote, part-time hourly, direct-hire position. We are looking for someone with sales experience researching new accounts, identifying potential business, reaching out to leads, and following up on existing business.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new business prospects and potential leads
Follow up on existing leads and incoming business from online marketing
Work closely with the owner to develop creative sales strategies for new business partnerships
Use online platforms, social media, email, and phone to develop client base
Understand and communicate products and services to potential clients
Track sales activities, submit progress reports, identify opportunities and challenges
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills
At least 2 years of experience working in a sales position, with experience identifying new prospects and building relationships with potential customers
Experience managing a sales funnel and working within a CRM
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision
Job Details, Compensation and Hours
This is an hourly position paying $25-30/hr depending on experience, plus commission (commission plan will be reviewed during the interview process)
This position is remote but requires the use of a laptop and cell phone that will not be provided by the company, so applicants should be willing to use their own equipment
Hours will be: 3 to 5 hours per day, 3 days per week. Each week will be a total of 12 to 15 hours. At least two of those shifts should be during normal business hours.
