Job Summary/Basic Function: The Counseling Center is dedicated to helping each student achieve their full potential while supporting the institution’s mission of offering a transformative liberal arts education for intellectually curious individuals within a collaborative, academically vibrant residential community that values diversity. The Case Manager and Outreach and Education Coordinator plays a vital role in the Counseling Center, offering comprehensive clinical case management for students who need services better provided by off-campus resources. This individual will also maintain relationships with local providers and oversee our electronic and internal referral resources, such as ThrivingCampus and the Counseling Center’s provider list. Additionally, they will lead outreach and educational programming opportunities for students and the campus community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-3 years of work experience in a Counseling or Higher Education setting.
Or equivalent combination of Education and Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Case management and outreach and education experience preferred.

When determining and establishing hiring rates or recruitment ranges for a position, the College considers a number of factors including the budget for the position, the range of the grade, the external market for the position or similar positions, level and scope of responsibilities, required education, skills and relevant experience as well as internal equity. All salary offers must have the prior approval of the Office of Human Resources.
The anticipated hiring or recruitment range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000.
