Biosciences Agronomy Intern - Summer 2025
Mosaic Biosciences invests significant resources annually to provide robust performance data to our customers through extensive field trials. A Mosaic Biosciences Agronomy Intern at Mosaic will work closely with agronomists to identify, monitor, and capture information about field trials throughout a specific territory supporting Mosaic Biosciences North America.
Where will you work:
Virtual with travel supporting areas in the Midwest primarily Western Iowa, Eastern Nebraska, South Dakota, Illinois and/or Indiana.

May 12 - August 22, 2025
Full time Co-Op/Internship. Approximately 36-40 hours a week.
Paid travel expenses.
What you'll do?
Day to day work assignments could include:
Work closely with regional agronomists and local staff to identify trial sites, digging and dissecting crops, capturing picture or video images of processes and results.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of electronic records for test sites and treatments
Assist in various field plot research functions including pursue and capture detailed field information for Mosaic Biosciences North America
Adhering to Mosaic's mission, guiding principles and priorities, and key competencies.
What you'll need:
Sophomore level or higher pursuing a bachelor's degree in Ag business, Ag Education, Agronomy or related field
2.75 GPA or higher
Student in standing at the time of the co-op/internship
Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred
1-2 years of experience volunteering, working with student/school organizations, or work is required
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - You will need to be able to travel to and from sites and/or office.
Basic computer skills are required
Experience working in a team environment is a must
Familiarity with an industrial environment is highly desirable
Effective verbal communication skills is a plus
Physical work environment is occasionally outdoors with exposure to varying degrees of hot and cold environments
Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening, background check, physical, functional capacity examination.
