What You Will Do

Our corporate communications department is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Website & Digital Content Specialist. In this role, you will manage and maintain Clarios’ global website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible. You will collaborate closely with teams across marketing, legal, and engineering to ensure that all content is aligned with our branding and who we are as a company. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing and designing content, creating optimized landing pages for digital campaigns, and ensuring the website enhances the user experience while driving desired action.

How You Will Do It

Your core responsibilities will include:


  • Managing and updating the website. Performing regular maintenance, managing updates for a variety of internal customers, keeping the site fresh and engaging, monitoring traffic and providing regular reports.

  • Creating content and UX development which includes writing, editing, and designing multi-media content, watching over user behavior to recommend and implement improvements.

  • Tracking website performance, conducting SEO audits, and implementing best practices.

  • Project managing all website-related projects, working closely with IT and external web development teams to ensure timely execution. This includes coordinating and managing external vendors.

What We Look For


  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in Communications, Marketing, Web Design, or a similar field with 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing websites in an agency or similar environment.

  • Proven experience in writing and designing content for digital platforms.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Solid knowledge of website content management systems, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, optimizing landing pages, and user funnels.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing website development projects and working with external vendors.
