Job Description:
The administrative assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
