Job Description:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front-office duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Key tasks include directing visitors, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing mail, and providing general administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and organizational abilities to maintain a positive and efficient office environment.
