Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations to improve product quality, optimize processes, and support key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions. You will also leverage data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the Global Quality function.

Responsibilties:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Quality
  • Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to your business function.
  • Communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and actively seek opportunities to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the central data team, operations technology and other members of the Quality function to align data analytics initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and standardization of data across the organization
  • Work closely with the central data team to leverage their expertise in data management, data governance, and data architecture to optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity
  • Participate in data governance activities led by the central data team, including data quality assessments, data documentation, and data security measures
  • Act as a liaison between the business function and the central data team, facilitating communication, knowledge sharing, and best practices in data analytics and data management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools relevant to your business function


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Analyst
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI
  • Ability to work with large datasets, perform complex data manipulations, and derive meaningful insights
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in data analytics and business intelligence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, enthusiastic approach to design and delivery

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Quality-related data and visuals
  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with data engineering, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Solid understanding of relevant concepts and metrics related to Quality
