To build on that success and support future growth, we are seeking a Planner who'll help drive continued success.


As a Planner at Colony Brands, you'll be able to drive business results through tangible data analysis in a team environment. Your daily work will center around analyzing and developing seasonal forecasts and building out financial and buying plans to ensure maximum profitability. You'll develop & apply sales forecasting curves for catalog items through statistical analysis.
You'll also be responsible for:
• Determining initial estimates and quantities on catalog items to meet budgeted sales on multiple levels: seasonal, brand, catalog
• Developing reports to show trend data by season, category, price-point, positioning, etc...
• Promoting and fostering collaborative strategic partnerships with cross-organizational business partners


Qualifications



We need someone with seasonal planning experience and a solid knowledge of how to build out financial plans. This position requires initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be self-sufficient and efficient while building partnerships throughout the organization. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Marketing, or Statistics discipline and 3+ years' of statistical and data analysis experience related to inventory and forecasting (via education or on-the-job experience).
In addition, we are looking for:
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong Excel abilities and the ability to work in multiple databases
• An extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Windows applications
• We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person. All members of the Supply Chain team are required to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI.
