Role Summary

This role creates, customizes, and curates investment thought leadership content for the B2C audience. This is achieved by partnering with segment marketing, client-facing teams, investment and retirement experts, and external agencies, among others. Additionally, this role will lead the creation of meaningful experiences from written content to large scale virtual events and beyond.  

Responsibilities:


  • Works directly with cross-functional and cross-channel teams to identify priorities and align on strategic approach to deliver consistent investment thought leadership content to B2C clients. 

  • Utilizes strong copy writing skills to create short form content including web, emails, and social copy. 

  • Develops B2C investment thought leadership programs aligned with business and client needs.  

  • Collaborates across the enterprise to develop digital content and experiences for B2C audience, using an agile test and learn approach. 

  • Manages ongoing updates to Insights landing page and promo areas for assigned sites.  

  • Responsible for quarterly B2C Insight webinar/events experience in partnership with event teams. 

  • Incorporates Search Engine Optimization (SEO) recommendations (such as key words) into digital content; collaborates with SEO subject matter experts.  

  • Reviews and synthesizes market and industry research into actionable insights and solutions.  

  • Analyzes research and market trends on investor behavior, client/channel dynamics, competitive practices, and investment products to recommend new content strategies for clients. 

  • Partners with cross-functional teams that includes writers, marketers, and compliance to develop and refine content ideas. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 

  • 6+ years of total relevant work experience in a financial services marketing role. 

Required:


  • Demonstrated success leading and working with large cross functional teams.   

  • Strategic thinker & problem-solver with proven ability to understand details & actively execute to ensure success.  

  • Project management skills with the proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a detail-oriented manner. 

  • Ability to get high-quality, timely work out of external vendors.  

  • Experience working in an agile, iterative environment is a plus. 

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Base salary ranges:

$103,500.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$91,000.00 - $155,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$83,000.00 - $141,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
