A Day in the Life
In this role as a Manufacturing Packaging Operator I in Billerica, you will support the packaging of medical devices to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30 pm

Compensation:

This position has a set hourly starting rate at $21.00/hour.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Primarily performs box assembly for packaging of product. May cross train and perform other tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive packaging operations such as packaging, labeling, and visual quality inspection.

  • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  • Follows GDP processes on a high volume of paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • This position does not have a required minimum amount of prior work experience.

  • Be comfortable working independently for the majority of the day, and in a team as needed.

  • English proficiency - perfection is not necessary, but the candidate must be comfortable communicating with teammates and management in English, as well as completing accurate documentation as required by the FDA.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$33,600.00 - $50,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $21.00 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
