YOUR ROLE


Are you known for your organizational skills? Are you passionate about providing excellent support? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to execute essential clerical duties.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Maintain filing system for assigned department.
  • Maintain and audit all file records and logs.
  • Respond to request for file records in a timely manner.
  • Retrieve, copy, and prepare files for delivery to requesting party as directed.
  • Input information into databases.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Direct all incoming calls and answer inquiries.
  • Scan documents and make copies as required.
  • Review invoices for accuracy.
  • Type and distribute correspondence, forms, reports and proposals.
  • Create memos and spreadsheets when needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED; Less than one to three years related experience.
  • Minimum one year industry experience preferred


Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using unit of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.


Characteristics:
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve performance.
  • Read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence.
  • Speak effectively before groups and customers or employees.
  • Gathers ad analyzes information skillfully.
  • Balance teams and individual responsibilities, exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
  • Consistently a work and on time.
