We are looking for an administrative assistant to support executives within multiple departments. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative to meet every challenge directly. Someone with great follow up and follow through to meet tight deadlines. Most importantly must have a genuine desire to assist others.
Responsibilities and qualifications
Handle and coordinate active calendars and travel arrangements
Schedule and confirm meetings, booking appointments and preventing conflicts
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and a desire to be proactive
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
