Loan Specialist in Moopark , CA (Onsite, in office)

Responsibilities:
The Loan Specialist is as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
* Doc Drawing and Closing
* Perform data entry and validation tasks
* Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, credit, etc.)
* Review and validate loan documents
* Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses



Qualifications:


* Doc Drawing and Closing experience
* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience preferred
* General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
