HR Admin. in Moorpark, CA (fully onsite, in office)
Remote work is NOT offered $24 (3 month contract)
Responsibilities:
Process employee separations promptly.
Serve as the primary contact for job-related changes.
Ensure federal, and state law compliance.
Assist in creating and enforcing HRIS policies and procedures.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Align with the organization's culture and values.
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong HR systems skills and ability to train others.
Experience managing HR operations and supporting employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of I9 completion and state requirements.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
