Formulate policies aimed at enhancing efficiency across the supply chain while prioritizing quality and safety; implement necessary process changes.
Develop and refine supplier management programs, focusing on relationship building, pricing negotiations, and supply agreements.
Act as a buyer/planner, collaborating with the team to oversee daily operations and create strategic initiatives for the supply chain department.
Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of departmental staff, manage daily workflows and schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies regarding employee discipline and termination.
Negotiate pricing for raw materials and delivery services with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
Establish performance metrics, including inventory accuracy and on-time delivery (OTIF).
Implement and manage supplier scorecards to assess performance and promote improvements.
Engage in the quotation process for new products.
Lead bi-annual physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry required
2 to 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager role within the manufacturing industry.
Experience in purchasing raw materials and chemicals.

Pay range: $100K-120K + 10% bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
