Details:
Pay range: $100K-120K base + 10% bonus eligibility
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Location: 100% onsite in Chanhassen, MN

Duties:
Oversee a team of 3
Develop policies to improve supply chain efficiency with a focus on quality and safety, implementing process adjustments as needed.
Create and enhance supplier management programs, emphasizing relationship-building, pricing negotiations, and establishing supply agreements.
Serve as a buyer/planner, coordinating with the team on daily operations and driving strategic supply chain initiatives.
Manage departmental staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, daily scheduling, and adherence to company policies on discipline and termination.
Negotiate costs for raw materials and delivery services with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.
Monitor and regulate inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability, reduce excess, and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to secure necessary resources for a seamless supply chain.
Set performance metrics such as inventory accuracy and on-time delivery (OTIF).
Implement supplier scorecards to track performance and drive improvements.
Participate in the quotation process for new products.
Lead semi-annual physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry - required
2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager role within the manufacturing industry - required
Experience in purchasing raw materials and chemicals.
Familiarity with FDA regulations.
Practical experience with ERP/MRP software.
CPM or APICS Certification is preferred.
