The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role includes tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, budgeting, and supporting financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including journals and ledgers.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss).
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
