The Role As our DevOps Transformation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-notch software products within our cloud ecosystem. Managing and maintaining our AWS footprints through Infrastructure as Code and Pipeline as Code practices
Implementing and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure and application deployment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of our applications
Implementing best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in our infrastructure
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need a solid background in DevOps, with experience in technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud services. We're also looking for individuals who have experience in one or more hybrid/on-premises technologies, such as NetApp, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, or F5. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and a proven track record of applying independent judgment to complex business problems.
While a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus, but not required.
