Responsibilities

This position reports to the Damage Prevention Managers and works with field staff performing damage prevention services to assist with scheduling high priority tickets, dispatching emergency tickets, review ticket load by state and ensure proper documentation is being performed by field staff.

  • Responsible for dispatching emergency tickets.
  • Contact excavators for clarification as needed to determine scope of work and schedule of work.
  • Schedule on site meetings with field technicians as needed.
  • Ensure field staff is propoerly documenting ticket responses.
  • Monitor incoming tickets in multiple states.
  • Assist Management with tracking Operator Qualifications.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goals


Qualifications



  • 5+ years’ experience working within the Damage Prevention industry.
  • Ability to work remotely within several time zones.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with excavators, field staff and managers.
  • Expierence working with 811 ticket management software.
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
