Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and grading.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.
• Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.
