Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Scrum Master onsite in Charleston, SC. A hybrid schedule may be possible in the future. An Active Top Secret Clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage engineering development projects and oversee sprint releases.
Create or analyze business requirements documents and establish project timelines.
Drive team iteration execution and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
Handle project conflicts, challenges, and evolving business requirements to maintain high performance.
Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and address project roadblocks.
Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to improve team practices and maximize productivity.
Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support estimates and execution tracking.
Provide high-level project summaries for senior management.
Support product owners in managing team dynamics, priorities, and scope.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
A minimum of four (4) years of Scrum Master experience within the DoD/military industry.
Scrum Master certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization.
