Job Summary:
This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust software products. Additionally, this role will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
Essential Functions:
Develops maintainable and reusable code using established software architecture principles.
Advocates and practices test-driven development (TDD) and other solid engineering practices.
Designs and builds Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs to support front-end applications.
Builds and maintains web applications using major frameworks like Vue.js, Node.js, Bootstrap etc.
Contributes to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Collaborates closely with user experience (UX), product, and development teams to build world-class web applications.
Mentors and teach other developers via pair programming and other collaborative learning methods.
Stays up to date with the latest technologies and trends and supports the adoption of new tools and practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
Years of Management: No Experience Needed
Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills:
Full stack development experience with a strong focus on solid engineering practices and architecture principles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ and Vue.js.
Proficiency in Node.js
Experience with NoSQL document databases like MongoDB and relational databases like PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, etc. as well as with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins etc.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment on Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as with application performance management (APM) tools like Datadog, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
