A challenging career opportunity for an Office Administrator is Millersville, MD. Experience with managing administrative duties and personnel, ordering supplies, and coordinating with internal and external personnel will be the keys to success with this position. This role is 100% in office and will be overseeing day-to-day office responsibilities.
Location: Millersville, MD 100% on-site in office.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $50-$60K annually based on experience.
Duties:
Oversee all office operations, staff, and procedures.
Assist with invoicing, payroll, and scheduling of all meetings/appointments.
Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Handle office budget and reporting to maintain financial objectives.
Partner with HR department to implement office policies/procedures and assist with staffing and training.
Manage vendor contracts, facility, and office equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
3+ years of office management experience.
Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
