Plan and supervise Assistant Superintendent and/or craft activities; includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked
Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors/site requirements
Maintain liaison with estimating and planning teams to ensure work complies with specifications, and schedule
Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required
Assist Labor Relations and Talent Acquisition in maintaining communications with unions, resolving jurisdictional disputes, requisitioning required manpower, etc., as necessary
Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented
Maintain liaison with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person

Position Requirements
Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential
Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required
Lift & move 45lbs or more
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Willing to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain)
Class A CDL a plus
Demolition experience a plus
Heavy equipment experience a plus
Computer/Office Machines - Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook
English - proficient in business writing and verbal communication
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle
Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
