Position Overview:
The purpose of the Fuels Reliability Coordinator role is to perform a variety of operational functions to support fuel reliability for our customers ranging from forecasting, scheduling, and allocating all the terminals where we supply and sell product.
Responsibilities:
Own all aspects of supply chain management for a specific geography for Fuel Sales & Marketing (FSM).
Responsible for scheduling downstream truck, rail, and vessel movements into terminals for FSM, Exchange, and other terminal partners.
Daily scheduling of hydrocarbon activity, monitor schedules, and advise on product availability.
Ensure all Right Angle hydrocarbon transactions are entered correctly and on time to ensure timely booking of HM transactions.
Participate in regular meetings to ensure proper information flow and optimization of assets/processes.
Month-end accounting close reconciliation and other relevant activities to expedite proper invoicing.
Review Inventory Workbench through Right Angle to view and evaluate inventory positions and address concerns.
Meet terminal reliability by providing ratable supply to downstream terminals.
Reconcile concerns with Accenture accounting group, working with PACE group as necessary to rectify issues and provide timely accounting payout/receipts.
Manage terminal allocations by customer/product/COT to best match available supply to actual demand in DTN Tabs tool.
Understands the allocation software systems and material master/set-up systems. Provides troubleshooting support to LSS and Sales support who use these systems to ensure they are working properly.
Assist in generating the monthly demand forecast and manage terminal allocations by customer/product/COT to best match available supply to actual demand.
Support Product Managers in maximizing opportunities for unbranded gasoline (identify new and existing racks to grow business with supporting analysis).
Supports Fuels Reliability Department in developing tracking tools and MI systems.
Responsible for initial product code creation, customer and terminal setups, pricing to ensure end to end implementation.
Coordinate with many stakeholders (MRD, OSP Coordinator).
Provides contributions/support on supply chain change management issues such as asset acquisitions/divestments, fuel spec changes, product quality incidents and includes activities/impacts to equity and outside supply points/terminals, rack systems, data feeds, and product codes, etc.
Reviews and audits KPI's & other metric trend analysis, root cause analysis and provides process improvement solutions.
Perform ad hoc analytical work in support of various Fuels Reliability projects and daily activities.
Effectively communicate with Sales staff and other internal staff as well as other oil company representatives when necessary.
Effectively manage through conflicting business interests/priorities and gain collective support of stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of ethanol or clean products scheduling experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability of being highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team and individual atmosphere.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and commercial savvy.

Role requires accessibility beyond normal business hours, 24x7. This will include weekends, holidays, and long hours when supply chain issues occur.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Marketing/Business/Finance/Information Technology/Supply Chain.
Prior experience scheduling truck, rail, and vessel movements
Experience with SAP / Right Angle, access relational databases, internet applications and SQL.
Experience managing supply chain and familiarity with demand management systems, including Right Angle, TABS/DTN, BI, Salesforce, T4 and ARMED.
