Schedule: Outpatient
Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 6 am -5:30pm and Friday 6 am - 4:30 pm

Job Summary:
Evaluates and treats all referred Physical Therapy patients according to physician orders.

New Graduates and soon to be new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

This position also offers paid continuing education.

Other information:
Degree in Physical Therapy required. Wisconsin licensed Physical Therapist or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain Wisconsin license within 3 months of hire. At least one year experience in a medical setting preferred. Good communication skills required. CPR certification is required.
