Job Description:

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.


Customer Experience focuses on managing and improving every interaction with customers, focused on aligning strategies, processes, and solutions that deliver outstanding experiences.


This internship is designed for students who are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in a degree program in either junior or senior year with an anticipated graduation date between May 2025 - August 2026; and postgraduates with a graduation date within 12 months from the start of the internship. As a FedEx intern, you will be working on projects directly related to your degree providing you valuable, real-world experience.



Essential Functions


  • Under close supervision, the successful candidate may assist with the following: project management, project planning, process mapping, data analysis, workflow documentation, learning design and development, engineering support (testing and design), and report automation

  • Assist with technology industry research, global business intelligence, and emerging trends analysis.

  • Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher

  • Degree: Engineering, Analytics, Business, or related analytical discipline

  • Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 9th - August 15th

  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to become familiar with PSP Culture and QDM processes

  • Ability to research, develop, and present a project that is assigned by management

  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage time effectively

  • Strong willingness to learn, contribution to high performing team and collaborate effectively to achieve collective business goals

  • Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management

  • Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations


Additional Details: Summer 2025 Internship Dates: June 9 through August 15


Salary will be $25 per hour for undergraduate students and $30 per hour for graduate students.

Pay Transparency: Salary will be $25 per hour for undergraduate students and $30 per hour for graduate students. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles.
