Insurance Account Manager



$55k-$65k/year



Location: Dennis Port, MA



Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week



We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team, where you'll provide exceptional service and peace of mind to our clients through proactive communication and support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle the day-to-day personal insurance needs of clients, advising them on coverage options and risk management strategies.


Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners.


Maintain clear, consistent communication and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


Ensure accurate data entry and keep systems updated with the latest information.


Support the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.


Qualifications:


At least 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.


MA Property & Casualty License.


Excellent customer service and communication skills.


Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.


Problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.


Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Familiarity with Applied Epic (preferred).
