We are looking for a Director of Training who must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training and development, preferably within a non-profit or youth and family services setting.
• At least (2) years supervisory/management experience
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar credential preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
