Job Summary:
Manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple function teams.
As an Aftermarket NPI Team Lead you will hold responsibility for leading multiple projects in the vision space that includes various functional teams.
This role also requires effective communication with not only their team members, but with Stakeholders, Customers, and Sales counterparts.
Skills in Project Management, NPI Process, and exposure to Electrical Components are beneficial.
What You Will Do:
• Coordinating with the Commercial, Engineering, Machine Health, Detect App, and various other resource partners to manage resources for each deliverable within the project(s).
• Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
• Influencing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
• Communicating with Stakeholders and managing expectations; ensuring effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
This position will require less than 10% travel.
