WX provides essential services in accelerating and supporting the business for corporate real estate, facilities operations, and infrastructure maintenance of the workplace. Our Site Services program is critical to the engagement and success of employees and reinforces the strong culture NetApp is known for. The Site Services Manager plays a key role in those initiatives, overseeing daily tasks and deliverables associated with providing services to employees.

Based at NetApp's San Jose, California headquarters (SJC), the Site Services Program manager has responsibilities at the ~309,000 ft.2 headquarters building, our 11,000 ft. 2 Santa Clara Lab (SCL) facility, our Santa Clara Colocation (SCC) operations and in service of employees working in these locations.

Responsibilities include:


  • Work with the Site Services manager to develop and manage all Site Services programs to the Annual Operating Plan financial budget for the cost center(s).

  • Work with the Site Services manager to develop and document Policies and Procedures of all Site Services programs

  • Deliver Operational Excellence in all Site Services programs through exemplary customer service to become a Trusted Business Partner to the organization

  • Work with the Site Services manager to develop and document Service Level Agreements of all Vendor Service Providers

  • Work with the Site Services manager to monitor performance of all Vendor Service Providers through tracking of KPI's and reporting metrics

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Vendor Service Providers.

  • Work with the Site Services manager to develop sitewide communications for WX, and contribute as requested to Corporate Communications deliverables

  • Work with the Site Services manager on RFP initiatives for expiring contracts and/or new contracts

  • Work with the Site Services manager to promote and execute Site Alignment initiatives for all Tier1 and Tier 2 sites to ensure continuity in programming

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers whose offerings are under your direction

  • Present and report on programs in WX Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Participate in execution of larger projects that involve/impact Site Services

  • Work with the Site Services manager to Align and implement site with overall WX and NetApp Sustainability Initiatives

  • Manage and Execute 2x per year, Dreamworks Movie Premiere

  • Support ISO 14001 program and re-certification efforts as related to Site Service Programs

  • Develop and foster community partnerships for event enhancements (Local restaurants, florists, businesses, trivia, food trucks, game rentals, guest speakers, etc)

  • Meet with each EBRG group monthly to support celebratory months and communications for the site

  • Support Reception Services as needed

  • Work with peers, individual contributors, middle management, and senior management

  • Assist in preparing buildings, amenities, space for all employees, guests, visitors

  • Performs additional job duties as requested

  • Support site openings, offsites, and company events as needed (travel may be required)


Job Requirements

This position reports directly to the Site Services Manager based in San Jose, CA, and works closely with the entire WX team, both in SJC and other NetApp sites, as well as multiple employee groups, leaders, and 3rd party vendors as needed. Additionally, this position requires the ability to be self-driven, work independently and efficiently. This position requires strong internal customer focus, strong critical thinking skills, and an ability to be flexible and adaptable with constantly changing deliverables. The Site Services Program Managerhas a lead role in the daily execution and further development of the following programs:


  • Food Program(s) - Caf?, Catering (including EBC enhanced dining), Office Coffee Services, Barista and Office Snack & Beverage Program

  • WX Sponsored Events and coordination with other sponsors to facilitate on-site events such as Employee Appreciation/Mixers, THRIVE Together, team offsites, Wellness Events, EBRG Celebratory events, Holiday Celebrations, All Hands Meetings, NetApp Social Impact events

  • Meeting Room Management

  • Dreamworks Partnership

  • Employee Amenities

  • Sustainability Initiatives and Reporting both internal and through vendor reporting as related to programs with which directly involved

  • Communications, Site intranet content

  • Employee Discount Programs

  • Wellness and Healthy Living Initiatives

  • Office Supplies

  • Additional Site Services programs that may arise under the WX umbrella


The Program Manager serves as the day-to-day point of contact and directly interfaces with contracted Service Providers, is responsible for monitoring and communicating to the Site Services Manager that Site Services are operational and that service interruptions are scheduled with the rest of the WX Facilities Operations team. The Program Manager is tasked with optimization of Site Services programs to ensure they are performed cost-effectively and executed in accordance with established service levels. NetApp uses a ticketed IWMS system to track tasks and service requests. The successful candidate will report to the Site Services Manager to develop comprehensive Service Level Agreements for all Site Services.

In addition, this position will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the other Site Services managers in the WX Americas Operations team to ensure consistent delivery of services while maintaining unique local practices.

Education


  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Workplace Resource Management with direct responsibilities overseeing related Business Service Programs (Food, Health, Logistics, Facilities etc.)

  • Proven track record of program development and delivery of new initiatives

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proven track record of managing large teams and service providers

  • Proven ability to interface with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Support Innovation and Change

  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The role is primarily onsite. There may occasionally be a need to be involved in after-hours activities and respond to emergencies on an as-needed basis.

  • Spanish language fluency is a plus

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 79,740 - 112,090 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
