ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enhancements to the data warehouse, master and reference data management capabilities, data integration layer, and enterprise data services shared across applications and reporting.
  • Design new data models, reporting structures to support reporting in data warehouse.
  • Implement data integration solutions to aggregate and unify disparate data sources from internal and external systems.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence, dashboard, and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Partner with business sponsors, senior management and across IS teams to understand, document, and propose business intelligence and reporting solutions.
  • Deliver high quality data management solutions through proactive testing and on-going, quality monitoring.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing queries and processes as needed.
  • Support end-user training of our business intelligence and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and manage BI end user presentation layer training and documentation.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in data management disciplines including data engineering responsibilities, data analytics/data warehouse role and with business process re-engineering required.
  • Proven experience with integrating 3rd party databases required.
  • Deep experience with ETL & Data Warehousing, building fact & dimensional data models.
  • Experience working with data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) a plus.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data pipelines, data warehouses, and related systems.
  • Hand on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Proven experience working with Elite 3E data is a big plus.
  • High client service ethic and a proven record in delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal client constituencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm, including delivering difficult messages and challenging current assumptions.
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to present complex ideas succinctly and clearly in writing and in presentations.
  • Strong interactive skills and the ability to succeed in a teamwork environment demonstrating reliability, dependability and flexibility is essential.
  • Ability to keep confidential any information, observations or viewpoints regarding all sensitive information and Firm business matters.
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $140K to $175K

Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $125K to $170K

Denver salary range: $125K to $155K
