Title: Financial Control Analyst Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 4+ month
Locations: Des Moines,IA /Charlotte,NC - In-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
As a Financial Control Analyst , you will-
Work with various business lines and enterprise functions to address financial reporting, governance, and control matters.
Execute and lead testing for control areas with moderate to complex topics.
Identify compliance and risk management needs and implement solutions to mitigate risks within supported areas.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across the enterprise, fostering a collaborative environment.
Operate and report on the results of governance and policy elements; support implementation efforts.
Review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for third-party financial profiles, assess risk factors, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
An ideal candidate should have:
Experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, or Business & Technology Audit.
Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proficient research skillset.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; CPA is preferred but not required.
