Job Description:

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.   • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work without direct supervision

  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Pump gas
  • Complete daily tour and inspection
  • Fill out incident and security reports
  • Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
  • Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
  • Perform cashier functions
  • Answer telephones
  • Comply with corporate policies
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
  • Promote and follow company initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
