Provide organizational planning and data management of a project that includes surveys and focus groups at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry.



Daily Operations

• Contact Meharry graduates and current students to send out questionnaires.


• Organize and conduct focus group sessions (face to face and virtual).


• Assist the PI with administrative duties as needed including in the preparation of informed consent documents. Recruit and obtain informed consent from study participants.


• Work with the PI to develop a manual of operations for the project.


• Work with the statistician to facilitate the transfer of data collected for analysis.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No supervisory capacity over other individuals.


• Competence in both oral and written English and interpersonal communication skills.


• Skilled in the use of PC/Computer software.


• Ability to exercise discretion and a high level of confidentiality.

• Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years experience in social studies research
