Job Description: We are seeking three experienced Travelling Sr. Superintendents and Superintendents to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and food and beverage construction projects. This role requires a commitment to long-term employment and the ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Travel extensively within California and occasionally to other states as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and food and beverage construction projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.
Commitment to long-term employment with the company.
Compensation Package:
Annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000.
Auto allowance.
Profit sharing.
Incentives based on a percentage of the annual salary.
Travel fees, meals, and lodging covered.
$11.49 per hour for travel time.
Ability to return home every two weeks for two full days.
