Manage all client related implementations including interLINK broker dealer and banks. Ensure projects are run according to schedule, weekly calls are held and regular client updates provided as we move towards project completion in the established timeframe. Put in place best practices for project management.
Oversee and manage the interLINK operations team. Establish clear SLA's for both internal deliverables as well as inbound client requests. Establish clear responsibility matrix that captures all functional responsibilities across each team. Ensure all daily tasks completed within established SLA's.
Develop a workflow management system for internal requests and client requests. Workflow tool has to capture the request, direct it to the appropriate owner and allow us to manage to completion in the desired timeframe.
Create monthly dashboard reporting tool for senior management that highlights requests/remediation steps taken/SLA adherence.
Develop and implement organizational process improvements for operations, administrative support and project management.
Develop a process to track, manage and modify inbound bank requests including balance adjustment and rate adjustment. Request must route to the appropriate areas including sales support for contractual review, and operations for allocation review.
Oversee day to day allocation of customer deposits, ensuring Webster Bank receives preferred treatment for all programs.
Oversee bank onboarding - Manage the addition of new depository banks and revisions to existing depository banks. This includes onboarding through the contractual phase in the sales support area with hand off to operations.
Implement best practices across each functional area.
Mentor interLINK team members as needed.
Provide no less than weekly updates to Sr. MD of Group with escalation of critical items as needed.
Qualifications:
Four-year undergraduate degree
10+ years of business experience and product knowledge
10+ years of relatable client facing experience
Understanding of cash management space including operational best practices
Experience in project management
Excellent detail-oriented skills
Ability for process re engineering/process improvements.
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft suite skills
Previous cash management experience a plus
The estimated salary range for this position is $155,000 USD to $175,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
