Job Description
Provide a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. Focus is on the full candidate experience pre- and post-job offer, including all pre-employment onboarding activities. Oversee the daily operations of a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Work is performed under limited supervision. Direct report to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition.

  • Be the first point of contact for team questions and decision; forward escalations to Supervisor,

  • Talent Acquisition.



  • Assist with maintaining oversight of Recruitment Onboarding operations for assigned areas,

  • including team members, workflows, schedules, and delegating tasks. Ensure operational goals,

  • service level agreements, and performance standards are met.

  • In partnership with the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, train, and recommend development needs

  • and opportunities for team members.

  • Assist the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition in selecting candidates to interview for vacant positions and

  • contributes to the decision-making process to select the finalist.

  • Oversee the pre-employment onboarding process for all candidates to ensure a smooth and

  • efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Generate and analyze reports to track pre-employment onboarding progress and completion for all

  • candidates.

  • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams with a focus on customer service and

  • compliance.

  • Monitor and complete required pre- and post-job offer screening requirements (e.g., background

  • checks, reference checks). Evaluate and address escalations appropriately.

  • Verify and upload all required documentation in the system of record.

  • Ensure data accuracy in all systems and documents.

  • Run reports and track relevant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Administer candidate experience surveys to new hires on a regular basis and analyze feedback to

  • enhance the onboarding process.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between Recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams.

  • Greet and escort candidates during the interview process, as necessary.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for non-local candidates and follow

  • through on reimbursements.

  • Troubleshoot interview scheduling challenges and keep candidates, managers, and recruiters

  • apprised of progress.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience - Required



  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.

  • Experience with office software systems and applicant tracking systems.


Education & Experience - Preferred



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities



  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products and applicant tracking systems.

  • Ability to work with all levels of management and candidates.

  • Ability to work independently and make appropriate business decisions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
