RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Python Developer in Glastonbury, CT.

Summary:
We are seeking a strong Python Developer with a focus on API development to work closely with our business leads, including underwriting leads. The ideal candidate will be quick to learn and adapt, with experience in AWS Lambda and Azure DevOps. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with AI technologies, delivering value through impactful projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with AWS Lambda and familiarity with serverless architecture


• Interest or experience in AI technologies and their applications in business


• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and its tools for continuous integration and deployment


• Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on API development


• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business leads


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture


• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git


• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
