Functioning under limited supervision, the Clinical Nurse III is a proficient practitioner. This level clinician assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing interventions for a complex patient population. Patients served may include neonate through adult-geriatric.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, the candidate must graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or current certification in specialty area required. Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. BLS certification required. Maintains criteria for and has demonstrated proficiency at the Clinical Nurse II level and meets eligibility requirements for Clinical Nurse III. Current FNE Certification from Maryland Board of Nursing required.
