Job Description Summary
This position requires the employee to perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to, the following:
Accurately typing data into spreadsheets or databases
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and complaints in an appropriate manner
Maintain open communication lines with vendors
Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other departments
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must be energetic and customer friendly with the ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision
Demonstrate good performance, safety and attendance
Demonstrates ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Dispatchers, Drivers and other employees
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
Pre-employment screenings are required.
Education/Experience
High school graduate or equivalent
