Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support, including calendar management, document preparation, and court filings (e-filing both CA State and Federal).
Draft, revise, and file legal documents across various court levels.
Coordinate meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed with confidentiality and precision.
Collaborate with support staff and accounting for billing and administrative duties.
Skills Required:
4+ years of civil litigation experience required, CA labor and employement preferred!
Understanding and knowledge of CA state rules and procedures required
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of iManage, CompuLaw, Best Authority, Kofax, and CCC Macros are a plus.
