Job Summary


Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting and finance team as a summer intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting. You will work closely with our team of professionals to support day-to-day operations and contribute to ongoing projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to expand their knowledge and skills in accounting and finance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Compensation Minimum: $25.00 per hour

Compensation Maximum: $25.00 per hour

Job Requirements:



Education / Certifications


Must be actively working on or have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.


Security Clearance


Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.


Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
