Our client, a software company, is seeking an Order Management Specialist in their New York office. The hours are 9:00am - 6pm (flexibility to work overtime) with three days in the office and two remote.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between departments and customers
Oversee the order process from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring both accuracy and timely delivery
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, responding quickly to questions
Manage billing procedures for financial accuracy
Analyze and report on orders for efficient operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $75K base depending on experience
PTO: 15 days throughout the year, all holidays
Strong medical benefits plan
Ability to work remotely for up to 4 weeks throughout the year
