Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Clearwater, FL that is seeking an AP Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial activities across several divisions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting


• Generate and analyze aging reports and vendor history to ensure accurate financial tracking


• Extract and manipulate data from reports to provide insightful analysis for management


• Coordinate mass data uploads within the NetSuite platform to streamline financial processes


• Assist with accounts payable processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors


• Maintain organized financial documentation and records to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance


• Communicate effectively with VPs and SVPs, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries


• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support financial objectives


• Stay current with best practices and procedures in financial management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on accounts payable


• Proficiency in NetSuite required; Experience with other financial software is a plus


• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with senior management


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems


• Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance department

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
