Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with excellent connections in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and will play a key role in driving their business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Lead the estimation and bidding process for public works projects.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
Strong network of contacts within the construction sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000
