US Account Coordination Leader
Placement & Policy Operations
Our Insurance Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company's insurance solutions. We provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers, carriers, and clients by responding to insurance transaction queries through our pre bind and post bind insurance placement and servicing deliverables.

This Senior Vice President level role is equivalent to a Chief Client Officer role, managing US divisional client account operations
You will add value to our client deliverables team by bringing your point of view and demonstrating passionate client service and innovative solutions, while proactively monitoring and nurturing client relationships
You will contribute to and foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging creative ideas and new ways of thinking
You will effectively manage a group that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Supervisors

We will count on you to:
Manage and lead client operations across the US, supporting over 10,000 clients including many Fortune 500 companies
Match delivery to support regional or cluster business plans
Deliver to agreed KPIs within agreed budget
Remove interoffice inefficiencies
Build a robust people strategy to support the region
Manage operations within the Operations team, periodically evaluating the team's performance and developing and implementing processes and policies to ensure that colleagues achieve optimal performance
What you need to have:
10 years of insurance operations experience
Understanding of/experience with broking business model
Management of Placement/Policy Servicing operations or equivalent
Stakeholder management, prior leadership experience, and change management experience
